Meet Austin & Dena
Austin and Dena are the husband and wife team behind Chow Chaser and its parent company, Concierge Labs LLC.
When Dena—a mom of three boys by day and an ER doctor by night—and her best friends started planning their most recent girls' trip, they knew the drill: countless hours researching restaurants across sites like Google, Yelp, OpenTable, TripAdvisor, and Reddit. They'd compare notes in endless group chats, build out spreadsheets, and then struggle to figure out how to snag a reservation at the trendiest places. All this effort was just to find a place with the right vibe, great food, and the chance to spot a celebrity, influencer, or even a Real Housewife.
Tired of the tedious process, Dena had an idea: What if there was a single, elegant platform that could do all this work for them? Her husband, Austin, a research scientist and computer science professor, saw her frustration and built the solution as a labor of love.
Together, they founded Concierge Labs LLC, a company dedicated to making daily life easier through cutting-edge technology. Their first innovation, Chow Chaser, is a platform that finally puts an end to the research headache, so people can spend less time planning and more time making memories around the table.
